Returns & Exchanges

As all Beta Bud merchandise is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • There is a printing error or quality issue

If any of the above applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
